Position Summary
SecureIT is a rapidly growing Cybersecurity professional services firm headquartered in Reston, VA.
We have an immediate need for an Operations Manager to perform a broad variety of tasks.
Culture is very important to our success, and the person we’re looking for will have an outgoing, dynamic personality and bring positive energy to the company. You will have ample opportunity to contribute and acquire new skills, but must already possess several qualities we cannot teach: honesty, integrity, an optimistic outlook on life, a genuine interest in people, attention to detail, and the ability to give and take constructive feedback. You must also be ready to check your ego at the door, and jump into any task whether it is simple or complex.
Responsibilities will include a wide variety of tasks to include general office administration, human resources, recruiting, general bookkeeping, invoicing, marketing, event planning, community outreach, etc. We do not expect individuals to be experienced in all of these areas, but we do need someone who will be eager to learn and take on a variety of disparate responsibilities. We have the flexibility to tailor the position to the person, and specific responsibilities can evolve as our company continues to grow.
